This Privacy Policy describes how "Misty Omens" and its game modes (including "Misty Omens: Solo"), developed by Cyril Boichenko ("we," "us," or "our"), handle information when you use the app (the "App").
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no advertising, and no in-app purchases. Any information used by the App stays on your device or is processed by Apple as described below.
We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your device's iOS/macOS Settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized performance and usage data (such as crash reports and general usage statistics). This data is collected and processed by Apple, not by us directly, and cannot be used to identify you. You can review or disable this sharing at any time in your device settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
If the App uses Apple Game Center for features such as leaderboards or achievements, your interactions with those features are governed by Apple's own privacy practices, not ours. We do not receive or store your Game Center data. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Any game progress, settings, or saved data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your gameplay data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App's features change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
